Viktor Lyusi is an experienced attorney who focuses on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Fuentes & Berrio, Viktor worked for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida handling wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, products liability, and auto accident cases. Viktor’s experience on the defense side gives him unique insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend personal injury claims, which he leverages to effectively advocate for his clients.

Originally born in Luhansk, Ukraine, Viktor first moved to the United States of America at a young age and is fluent in Russian. Viktor went on to attend the University of Central Florida, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Russian Studies. Viktor earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law where he served as President of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society and competed in several national contract negotiation competitions.
